Around 50 staffers and content curators will address the travel and amenity concerns of those arriving in Indy to attend the big game. |

Facebook, Twitter Call Out Google On Social Search Results

The battle of the social media titans is heating up.
A group of engineers from Facebook, Twitter and Myspace have ganged up against Google in an effort to prove that the search giant is unfairly promoting its own social media site, Google+, at the expense of relevant search results for its users.
The move was a response to Google’s rollout of “Search, plus Your World” earlier this month, a feature that pops up in a separate box next to Google’s regular search results that shows material from Google+. The feature does not show relevant material from competing social media sites, like Facebook or Twitter, even if those sites may be more relevant to users, according to some critics. |
